Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the compression gear or apparel you wish to return.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are in a resalable condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your parcel at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
